Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love OEMup. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for Indian manufacturing businesses.
1. Free Trial
Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card required to start. If you don't subscribe after the trial, your account is paused and data retained for 90 days.
2. Monthly Subscription
- Full refund within 7 days of the first payment, no questions asked.
- After 7 days, monthly payments are non-refundable but you can cancel to avoid future billing.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Annual Subscription
- Full refund within 14 days of the first annual payment.
- Between days 15–30: prorated refund for unused months (on written request).
- After 30 days: non-refundable, but you can cancel auto-renewal anytime.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email info@kiraintrilogy.com with your account email and reason.
- We'll respond within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. What's Not Refundable
- Custom onboarding or data migration services (once delivered)
- Paid add-ons (e.g., extra users, storage) after 7 days of purchase
- Third-party integration fees
6. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from Account Settings → Billing. There are no cancellation fees. Your data remains accessible until the end of the paid period and is retained for 90 days after cancellation for recovery purposes.
7. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, contact us at info@kiraintrilogy.com. We'll work with you in good faith. Any remaining disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, as per our Terms of Service.
